What is your exchange/return policy?
Please consult our Support/Warranty section for more information regarding returns and warranties issues. All warranties must be processed through the website with the confirmation page printed out with the Return Authorization Number. If your product is not listed on the website or If you believe you have received defective product please contact us immediately at 562-693-0623 or info(at)skunkjuiceearbuds.com. It is extremely important that all products obtain a Warranty Reference Number. Failure to submit a warranty can result in the voiding of your warranty.
Can I cancel my order?
Skunk Juice is unable to cancel your order once it has entered the processing stage and has shipped from our warehouse.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders usually process and ship within 1-2 business days.
How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?
At the time your order is placed, your credit card is pre-authorized and you will receive a confirmation email provided the email address you entered is accurate. Your card will be charged at the time your order is shipped.
I received a defective product. What do I do?
If your product is defective in any way upon arrival, please call Skunk Juice customer service at: 562-693-0623, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST. PLEASE do not send back your product without obtaining return authorization from an agent first.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world, however please use our Retail Store Locator first to see if there is a retailer near you that carries our products! (Shipping and handling fees may vary depending on the country)
Does Skunk Juice ship to PO Boxes or Military APO's?
Unfortunately, Skunk Juice cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes at this time.
How many people can connect to one audio playing device?
We recommend that you do not connect more than 4 users at one time. It is possible to connect more users, but you run the risk of overcharging the MP3 player or audio source.
Why does the sound volume go down when I connect with a friend?
Imagine a water hose. If you place your finger at the opening the water is now split into two but the two separate streams are not as strong as the original stream. This applies to the same concept for "splitting" an audio source. Unfortunately, the volume does decrease slightly when you connect with other users, but not by much!
Is it OK for the magnet to be exposed to outdoor air?
Yes the magnet and its housing is comprised of stainless steel and is alloy chrome plated. The exposed magnetic piece will not rust. However, you may notice some debris and dust build up on the magnet. All you have to do is get a piece of tape and stick it directly on the magnetic tip. Then you just lift it straight up and the debris should stick to the magnet.
How do Skunk Juice Earbuds work?
We use patented magnetic technology which allows users to share music with one another. It is very similar to a traditional audio splitter, but this is all self-contained with no need for another component piece. Also, you can connect up to 4 users at one time.
Will the magnetism has any adverse affect on my audio source (iPOD, MP3 Player, etc.) ?
No, the mangetism should not affect your audio source.
